Technical Support & Training – Location: Netanya, Israel

Overall responsibility for the support processes, Knowledge base, and product training & documentation.

We are looking for someone creative and independent to liaise between customers and internal teams (product, support) to maintain a high level of support and knowledge across the organization.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years as Technical Support/Customer Success/ Technical lead – Preferably in a SaaS Company
  • Academic degree
  • Independent and self-driven
  • Experience working with remote teams
  • Daily management of Support cases including Tier 3 Hands-On support
  • KPI & reports definition- Making Data-based decisions
  • Maintain products training material and knowledge base including ongoing training of products features to support teams
  • Collect customers’ feedback for product improvement
  • Ability to actuate people from different departments
  • Excellent English
  • Zendesk knowledge- advantage
