Technical Support & Training – Location: Netanya, Israel

Overall responsibility for the support processes, Knowledge base, and product training & documentation.
We are looking for someone creative and independent to liaise between customers and internal teams (product, support) to maintain a high level of support and knowledge across the organization.
- 2-4 years as Technical Support/Customer Success/ Technical lead – Preferably in a SaaS Company
- Academic degree
- Independent and self-driven
- Experience working with remote teams
- Daily management of Support cases including Tier 3 Hands-On support
- KPI & reports definition- Making Data-based decisions
- Maintain products training material and knowledge base including ongoing training of products features to support teams
- Collect customers’ feedback for product improvement
- Ability to actuate people from different departments
- Excellent English
- Zendesk knowledge- advantage
