Outdoor Event Using Allseated - AllSeated

Outdoor Event Using Allseated

Melisa Imberman of The Event Of A Lifetime recently planned an outdoor event using Allseated to design the floorplan layouts and has shared the details with us below.

This Bat Mitzvah was originally planned to take place in New York City in May. Due to COVID restrictions, the family decided to have a zoom service in May and postpone the party. As things started to open up and restrictions were slowly lifted, the family decided to plan an outdoor Bat Mitzvah party. The problem was the bat mitzvah was in just over two months and the family didn’t know where to begin.

Having planned events for other family members, the Mitzvah mom reached out to me for help. In two short months, I planned the entire outdoor event. Each time COVID restrictions changed we changed what we were doing (more guests, fewer guests, COVID testing, etc.).

Allseated’s floorplan layout tools were so helpful with the planning of this event, particularly because the COVID rules and restrictions changed often (and more frequently) than in previous months. Every time COVID regulations loosened and more guests were permitted, I had to revise the floorplan to see if/how the additional tables could fit under the tent.

This started as a celebration for 25 people and only a few weeks later, the guest count was up to 75.

Additional Outdoor Bat Mitzvah Details:

The tent was set up like a garden party with centerpieces that had the bat mitzvah girl’s name in flowers on a picket fence filled with flowers.
